Margot & the Nuclear So and So’s @ Plaza Live Theatre

Last Tuesday night, Plaza Live Theatre in Orlando, Fla. was lined up with rows upon rows of seats, which welcomed the Indianapolis-based folk/indie rock band Margot & the Nuclear So and So’s, as well as openers Ezra Furman and the Harpoons from Chicago.

Thanks to Parafora Presents, the entire night was a half-and-half mix between classic rock-n-rolling and intimate coffee-shop moments. What made both sets stand out from a majority of other marginally-popular indie rock shows was the band’s earnest passion. Thankfully, the performances never felt routine or job-like; in fact, some songs felt like the first time the they had ever played them, which is indeed an accomplishment for a touring band….(FULL REVIEW HERE)
